Burglary prevention
Motion alarms and glass break sensors can notify you when an unwanted visitor enters your apartment or rental house. Receive a text to your smartphone when an device trips, or arm and disarm your components remotely so you can let in guests or maintenance when you’re out.
Fire and safety detectors
Ordinary smoke detectors usually come standard with your rental, but not other CO or water alarms. Install a wireless carbon monoxide detector or water detector to warn you and Vivint’s monitoring team to problems before it’s too late.
Indoor or doorbell cameras
A security cameras may be wirelessly put up so you can watch over certain rooms. A doorbell camera gives you the option to view -- and talk to -- visitors at the front door. Get live HD feeds and notifications about suspicious movement through the Vivint App.
